oik-nivo-slider v1.4 being tested

I am currently testing oik-nivo-slider v1.4.
The only real difference between this version and v1.3 is the fact that having reported that it may not function correctly it then does something about it. There are 3 scenarios for a normal WordPress site.

Caveat:

I really only wanted to cater for the simpler scenarios where oik was not installed or inactive. If your version of oik is v1.11 or earlier then the link may be wrong. You should have already seen a message indicating that a new version of oik was available.

The scenarios for WordPress Multisite are more complicated, since we have to consider Network Activated plugins. Hopefully, the messages that some people were getting should no longer be displayed when there aren’t mismatches.
