oik version 1.16 now on WordPress.org

oik version 1.16 has now been made the stable version on WordPressWordPress
This version consists of two changes:

1. A fix for the Fatal error which occurs when oik-header is activated when both the oik base AND oik bwtrace plugins are not activated
2. A minor CSS change for those people who don’t want Adobe PDF icons appearing alongside links to .pdf files

With regards to the fix. I made a video recording of creating the problem and resolving it using cpanel to rename the oik-header.php file. Watch the video

It was only when I attempted to try what I believed to be the correct sequence for activating the plugins that I realised how horrendous the problem could become. Suffice it to say that I was totally unaware that it would fail if the oik bwtrace plugin was not activated.
