The Google Maps block displays a map centred on the address defined in oik options.

- Displays a Google Maps map for the address defined in oik options > Options.
- Requires the Google Maps API key to be defined in oik options.
- Uses [bw_show_googlemap].
- Currently Static, but will be improved to allow entry of some of the more common parameters for the shortcode.
