Use the Toolbar icons block to display Toolbar icons for WordPress blocks in a variety of formats.

Notes
- The styling of the toolbar may not exactly match what the user sees in the editor.
- Known differences are:
- Currently selected tools are not shown as selected.
- The style for disabled items is not used.
- Width and height of some tool icons may not be the same.
- The borders for some icons may be different.
- In the real editor some tools may be transient.
- Some tools have toggling labels depending upon content. We only show the initial value.
- The icons may appear too large, with too much bottom padding.
