Notes
- The address is used to determine the latititude and longitude
- If no address is specified then the Google Maps map is not displayed
- The initial Zoom level used for each Google Maps map is defined in the field’s settings.
- The default is 14. It can be adjusted up/down in the meta box.
- The height is currently hardcoded as 400px.
