oik-libs: Shared Library Repository

The Master repository for shared libraries. oik-libs contains the latest versions of the library files that cooperate using the shared library management API. This plugin is a stop gap until a proper solution for managing the delivery of shared libraries is implemented using Composer or a similar solution. It is not intended that anyone should install this plugin, as it doesn’t do anything. At present, its main purpose is to be the master repository from which other plugins that offer shared library files should defer to during packaging and distribution ( aka build time ). Its secondary purpose is to help with the internationalization and localization of any text strings which need to be translated at run time. This plugin is very much a Work In Progress.
