oik-media – media field type for oik-fields

oik-media adds the Media field type for oik-fields.

• oik-media adds the media field type.
• media fields are stored as a post ID e.g. noderef.
• A media field is displayed as the image thumbnail or filename if the file is not an image.
• oik-media is dependent upon oik-fields v1.40.2 and oik v3.0.1 or higher.
