oik post type support

Adds “excerpt” support to the ‘page’ post type. Use this in conjunction with the [bw_pages] shortcode and other shortcodes to produce better teasers for your pages.

• bw_fields – Format custom fields
• bw_pages – Display page thumbnails and excerpts as links
