oik-batch v0.8.7

Use oik-batch v0.8.7 in conjunction with wordpress-develop-tests to run PHPUnit testing of WordPress plugins and themes in situ. oik-batch now operates as a standalone plugin; it is no longer dependent upon the oik base plugin.
