Update to oik-bob-bing-wide v2.2.1 for improvements to the Dashicon and GitHub blocks.
- The Dashicon block now supports over 580 SVG icons.
- Each icon can be sized and coloured.
- Each block is now delivered individually.
- The GitHub block is now rendered in the editor.
