oik-fields v1.20

The oik base plugin now implements message issuing APIs, previously developed in shortcodes/oik-new.php. oik-fields has been changed to cater for this. If you use oik-fields then please upgrade to this version prior to upgrading the oik base plugin to v2.1-beta.0102 or higher.
