Upgrade to oik-nivo-slider v1.18.0 for improved accessibility (a11y).

Notes on accessibility improvements
When I ran the automated accessibility evaluation tool called WAVE against posts containing a Nivo slider there were quite a few Errors and Color Contrast Errors affecting the overall AIM score for the page.
The main problems with the Nivo slider were:
- Missing alternative text for the images generated in the JavaScript.
- Color contrast for the Prev and Next buttons in the slider.
oik-nivo-slider version 1.18.0 contains fixes to considerably reduce the number of problems reported by WAVE’s automated tests.
- Ensure images have an
alt=attribute - Improve colour contrast for prev and next controls.
- Note: There are some minor changes to the appearance of some of the Nivo slider themes.
Additionally,
- Several improvements have been made in the admin interface, reducing the number of Wave Alerts produced.
- Note: the remaining alerts are due to WordPress core.
- We also fixed a problem associated with the
format=parameter when there’s a taxonomy also calledformat.
oik-nivo-slider v1.18.0 is dependent upon oik v4.15.4, which is currently the latest version on wordpress.org.
