oik v3.0.0

oik v3.0.0 is now available for general release. Developed and tested over the last 11 months, oik v3.0.0 contains many internal improvements to support other plugins. Tested with WordPress 4.5 and WordPress MultiSite, oik v3.0.0 is also available from wordpress.org and GitHub.
