Update to oik v4.6.0 for changes to shared libraries for SVG icons and other improvements.
The updated shared library files are used by other plugins such as oik-bob-bing-wide’s Dashicon block. oik-bob-bing-wide will now display each dashicon as a separate SVG rather than requiring the dashicon.css file.
