Use bw_follow_me to display “follow me” links for each of a registered user’s social media accounts. The social media accounts that bw_follow_me will list are: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, GooglePlus, YouTube, Flickr, Pinterest, Instagram, GitHub and WordPress.org.
