Display post IDs on admin pages

If you often need to find the post ID to use in a shortcode such as [bw_link] then it makes sense for it to be pretty obvious.

Use oik options > Overview: Admin options to enable the display of post IDs on admin pages.
Hover over the ID column heading to select a sort sequence.
Use Screen Options if you do not want the ID to be displayed.
Caveat: Does not yet work for Media
This feature was added in oik v2.3. If you are upgrading from a previous version of oik, and you were already using another plugin for this functionality, then you will probably benefit from deactivating the other plugin.
