Having created a DIY shortcode you’ll want to be able to insert it into your content.

• When using the Visual editor use the Insert shortcode icon.
• When using the Text editor use the [] quicktag.

Or just type the shortcode within square brackets. You will need to use this method when editing a Text widget.
